Computes power requirements for a pump :

Power = (62.4*SG)*Q*H/E
SG = Specific Gravity of the Liquid (1.0 == water)
Q = Pump discharge (cubic feet per second)
H = Added head (feet)
E = Mechanical efficiency (percent %)

Notes: Formula in US Customary returns value in ft-lbs/sec;
Calculator also returns discharge in gallons per minute,
and power values in horsepower and watts
